how do you take this? as it is or with a glutathione? I am currently taking gluta with vit c. so this is better instead of vit c? how much? my gluta is prescribed by my derma to be taken with vit c three times a day. Does that mean that i should also take this as such?

how do you take this? : the reccomended dosage is per pack... that is three capsules per pack... twice a day for maximum effect... but you can take lesser than that dosage since we have smaller frames than americans... and this glutathione is also for all cells... so if you have something wrong inside your body... you will feel something because it will fix those damage cells... after that okay na lahat...
as it is or with a glutathione? : This gluthathione already contains vitamin C so you can take it as it is without anything else.... because if taken with the right dosage... it could increase glutathione in your body to at most 400% in 3 months... thus making you feel more energized, stress free and glowing...
